According to Gartner, recruiting an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the project is one of the key success factors for delivering successful ERP projects. Yet many organisations do not do this resulting in unsuccessful projects. In theory, successful ERP project management is common sense, but I have rarely found common sense to be very common. Most Project Managers do not have the experience or gravitas to ensure a successful ERP project; nor do the ERP suppliers provide the expertise or the help needed to manage the client side of a project. Suppliers may be good at the delivery of an ERP system, but not at successfully delivering the roll-out of the project and meeting business objectives.
With over 20 years' managing ERP projects, I would like to share my experience to help you to successfully deliver your ERP projects. I have a thorough understanding of best practice for ERP delivery.
If you do not need a full time Project Manager, I am happy to take on part time roles. and only bill for the days needed to deliver the project.
My services range from: mentoring your internal Project Manager.; acting as a Project Board "friend" where I can offer support and guidance to your ERP project (giving you independent advice); to the full client side project management of your ERP project, using proven best practice methods..
I have been delivering successful ERP projects since 1998. My clients .have included easyJet, House of Lords, University of Northampton, NHBC, Leicestershire Police and numerous councils.
