Senior ERP Project Manager

I am a Senior ERP Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience of delivering ERP implementations and associated business change. 

With experience within global blue-chip companies and Higher Education, Police Force and Local Government market sectors, I have an exemplary track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to budget, ensuring business benefits are met, and exceeding client expectations.

As a natural leader, I possess excellent communication skills that help command confidence and engender commitment from colleagues and stakeholders at all levels within an organisation, I have both the gravitas, and the depth and breadth of experience, to ensure that organisations meet their targets and strategic objectives.

I have experience of both client and supplier side project management, having worked directly for clients as their Project Manager and for ERP partners in Supplier Project Manager roles.  The Projects I have delivered have included several greenfield, technical upgrades and re-implementation projects using Unit4 ERP (Agresso), including implementations on the Cloud.

My clients .have included easyJet, House of Lords, University of Northampton,  NHBC, Leicestershire Police and numerous councils. I have over 15 years’ experience managing projects remotely.
